Experiência negativa: First of all the dentist doesn't make a good impression about himself. He has a very bad breath and his teeth are slightly crooked and yellow. Secondly and what really bothered me was how unprofessional he was. During my entire appointment he wore a mask but EVERY SINGLE TIME before he started to talk he pulled his mask down so his mouth was free. And to make the situation worse he doesn't keep a certain distance to me when he talked. He came that close to me that his entire bad breath was exhaled entirely to my face awhile he talked. And finally but not least he wasn't focused on his work at all and hurt my gums and even one time my cheek from the outside many times with the metal sharp scratching tool JUST because he was rather talking the entire time instead of sitting still and focus on his work (in my case a simple annual cleaning of my teeth)! He said I have to come the second time so he can finish removing left caries. I paid 30€+ with insurance coverage for that 1st session. At home after that appointment I saw that he didn't even clean or remove my caries in there other spots like he used to say. He literally told me that there is only one more spot of caries left. But I saw that he left out minimum 2 other spots! Way before me my boyfriend was treated by the very same dentist, too. I didn't know back then that we had the same dentist until my bf told me after my appointment. He told me, they told him the same that he had to come for the 2nd and even 3rd time for removing caries. After the 2nd time he doesn't want to go there the 3rd and possible countless more times there. He got charged for his 2nd appointment again! Now I understand why this dentist said I have to come the 2nd time. His intention is to make me and my bf to have appointments with him as many times as possible to earn more money by treating us! I will never ever go to this dentist again!

Experiência fantástica: Great dental clinic. I had an emergency and they helped me immediately. Has all the professional equipment. Everybody very very friendly. The doctor was explaining every step what he was doing. Also speaks English. Can highly recommend.

Experiência negativa: Já tinha feito um branqueamento a um dente e já sabia o método. Fui surpreeendida com o mesmo método por esta clínica mas agora em 3 consultas. Quando confrontados reagiram de forma agressiva e pouco profissional. Lamentável a postura dos mesmos.
