Experiência negativa: Disgusting clinic! To begin with, the girl at the reception desk was very rude and rude. Further, I had an appointment for 11:30, but I was not called to the doctor until 12:00. I don't understand what is the point of signing up for a certain time, if you wait for more than 30 minutes afterwards anyway. And this is at a paid clinic! The appointment itself cost me 60€

Experiência fantástica: Amazing experience- got sick while on vacation and got to see a super knowledgeable doctor who helped me, spoke perfect English, and made me feel comfortable! Also, incredible and accommodating staff and nurses :) Obrigado!

Experiência negativa: Nem uma estrela se merecem. Vi um comentário recente de uma uma má experiência relativamente ao processo de recrutamento e vou partilhar a minha de há uns anos. Estavamos nós na época do COVID,quando esta empresa colocou um anuncio primeiramente para assistente dentária,na qual foram imensa gente para entrevistas. Um mês depois,ligaram a perguntar se queria exprimentar a receção,eu aceitei pois PRECISAVA de trabalhar. Lá fiquei durante esses três dias sem qualquer pagamento (concordei pois tinha a esperança de ficar),para no final do terceiro não me darem nenhum feedback sobre o meu trabalho. Liguei a questionar ao qual me responderam “ainda tá em aberto” ….. se eu não fosse pessoa de lutar por mim,até hoje estava sem trabalho,tendo em conta a falta de respeito e empatia desta gente. Vale salientar como as meninas da receção tratavam quem estava a aprender, com a maior altivez e arrogância…o sr diretor clinico também não ficava nada atrás, uma vez que nos três dias que lá estive, nunca o vi a ser simpático para nenhum funcionário. A estratégia desta gentinha foi aproveitar as candidatas das entrevistas para assistente dentaria,para aproveitarem-nas para os tais “3 dias à experiência” na receção,para assim terem um elemento a mais a ajudar,a custo 0! Esta foi possivelmente a pior experiência que já tive num processo de recrutamento. Jamais escolheria esta clinica,pois quem trata os funcionários ou quem está à procura de trabalho assim, não pode ser um bom profissional aos meus olhos.

Experiência negativa: Fui a uma entrevista para receção que foi conduzida pelo dr. Gil caroto, onde foi a pior entrevista que já fiz na minha vida! Para além de ser humilhada, estava constantemente a perguntar o porque de não ter ficado no último trabalho, que o mal era meu, e com a minha idade, não era normal, entre outras coisas que me sujeitei a ouvir deste senhor.Portanto acho que se um director clínico trata assim um candidato sem qualquer empatia, e ainda o diminui no momento vulnerável que é a procura de emprego, reflete a precariedade a gestão de Rh da empresa em si!

Experiência negativa: I was very disappointed with the extremely long waiting time. The clinic recommended that I go on a waitlist for cancellations instead of making a booking because the next available date was over 2 months away. They do not allow you to go on both lists. The waitlist exceeded 3 months. I went to a different clinic on Rua 5 Outubro because the wait was excessive.

Experiência fantástica: Had to go there while having an „acute“ problem on my vacation and was so grateful they took me in spontaneuosly… the surgeon even stopped by just to see me! (skin condition not even an surgical issue haha) As I already had a lot of bad experiences with doctors at home while having similar problems, I was really relieved to have found a friendly, competent and caring doctor. Thanks to you I get to enjoy the last days of my holiday on this beautiful island. Thank you

Experiência negativa: Péssima experiência. Dermatologista, Dra. Bárbara, um tanto rude, sem empatia, nada atenciosa com a paciente, passou uma data de medicação e sem qualquer sinal de melhoras, a pele tende a piorar a cada dia. Infelizmente, a prejudicada é a minha mãe. Não recomendo de todo.

Experiência positiva: I've only consulted a number of times with the Dermatologist (Dr Barbara Pereira) not other Specialties. Having used similar services in Australia and UK, I can say she is competent, caring, has good equipment and costs much less! I haven't used the "operation theatre" but I have seen inside, where she has assistants, and it looks fully equipped. Reception staff were efficient and followed up with offers of "sooner appointments" if there was a cancelation. Confidently recommended. I'd have given 5 stars except there is only very limited parking on site.

Experiência negativa: I got an appointment with them for two months after the call and when I got there they had cancel it. They called me in the morning and send me a text, but because I couldn't pick up or answer they just cancelled it and by the time I arrived there they gave me and alternative for two months after. Not serious at all, I don't recommend it

Lo que no me gustó es que digan que tienes k estar a las 9 de la mañana y abren el lugar a las 9 empiezan a preparar todo 9 15 y a ti te vienen atender 9:45. Que es a la hora que llego la doctora. Por lo demás todo bien, en la madrugada me llegó el correo con el test y todo perfecto.

Experiência negativa: Wir hatten für 09.00 Uhr einen C-19 Test vereinbart. Um 09.25 Uhr war der Eingang noch immer verschlossen. Am Empfang bekamen wir keine Aussage, wann und wie der Test stattfindet und wurden unfreundlich abgewiesen.

Experiência fantástica: Test covid parfait. Prise de rendez-vous et échange par mail très rapide et impeccable. Test + prise en charge administrative en 20min en tout. Infirmière très sympa. 90€ le test pcr. Résultats en moins de 15h reçu par mail en 5 langues sans problème. Merci

Experiência negativa: IF YOU CONSIDER TAKING COVID TEST HERE - THINK AGAIN I took a COVID PCR test here to be able to board the plane and fly home. I was supposed to receive the result within 24 hours. This passed but I received nothing. I was calling to all the numbers somehow related to Mais clinic, writing emails, writing facebook messages... NO ANSWER. Eventually, I had to call a different hospital and ask them to give me a phone number to the Synlab laboratory, where all the tests are conducted !!! Finally I got the results 4 hours before my flight. If I haven't done that, I would probably haven't gotten the results. So horrible horrible experience and it ruined the end of my vacation. I understand the mistake was made in Synlab not in Mais clinic. However, I paid Mais Clinic 125 euros for the test and the result. They should have made sure that the paying clients receive the result and that there is working customer support in cases like these. "we were closed on weekend" is not an excuse. I will never ever use or recommend Mais Clinic to anybody for taking covid test.
