Experiência negativa: Hello good night My name is Kamal and last year I join the gym and when I join the gym they didn't tell me about any rules and regulations like as you need wear the another shoe and need towel but when I go there and one person told me you didn't do gym because you don't have another shoe and towel. But worse think is that they told me when I did my exercises if they have any problems talk with me at reception not on at exercise era. They insulted me.i don't know who is the owner and every time when I go there it's have a new person on the reception. Because of this I leave the gym and go to group gymnasium at tavira. It's a lot good and talk good with everyone.

Experiência negativa: Staff don’t know how to talk. When you start gym it’s good. When you want finished the contract they told me need insurance need this ! Need this. Everyday have a new person on the reception and don’t know anything. Worst experience! If you need to pay for insurance this can pay for first time not when I canceled my membership.

Experiência negativa: O único ginásio em Tavira com área de combate, ringe e sacos. Infelizmente não pode ser usada quando há aulas e se tivermos a meio do treino somos "convidados" a sair. Por esse motivo cancelei a minha inscrição. Em compensação o staff é fantástico, foi uma pena ter que mudar de ginásio... Opções

Experiência fantástica: Fantastic gym; definitely the best in Tavira. Flexible term memberships as I am only here for short periods of time. The staff are professional, friendly and the facilities are excellent. Free weights, machines, matrix , treadmills etc: everything for a proper , focussed work-out. I believe the classes are great too. Particularly strong on boxing/kick boxing. Even a (cosy) sauna too! Never over busy and a great multi cultural atmosphere : Norwegian(owner), Brazilian, Portuguese and welcoming to all. Take a bow Jorge and the team.

Experiência fantástica: I had joined this gym for the 2 months we were in Tavira. I have been to numerous gyms in the US and other countries for over 40 years. Hitio Gym is excellent. They have a very good variety of weights and aerobic machines, space for stretching, exercise classes, and trainers. The gym is clean and the staff is very friendly & helpful. It met all my needs. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone (experienced or beginners). I plan to return to the Hitio Gym when we return to Tavira next year. Michael Kirschner

Experiência fantástica: Friendly staff in this clean and airy gym. As a visitor to town they have good rates abs I’ve used it each time I’m in town. It is a mixed crowd, gender, age and fitness levels, so I think all would feel safe and welcome. I haven’t seen this place get crowded and the Covid hygiene standards are good. There is good space between each machine/ bench and ATM you are given a sanitiser spray to use through out the (before abs) after you have used the equipment and you are asked to use a mask when you are in the reception area. Highly recommended if you want to keep active while visiting this town.

Experiência positiva: It is a great gym with wonderful employees and Matrix euipment. Cleanliness with a "take-your-street-shoes-off" and have a towel policy keeps things neat. Covid policy of pre and post machine use wipedowns with sanitizer and "papel higienico de elefante" :) Only negative is the men's locker room suffering from inadequate ventilation.

Experiência fantástica: I have seen and worked out at all (not that many actually) gyms in Tavira during the past 12 years and this is first one that I really like. Clean, spacious, all new machines, no frills, good showers (not the ones where you have to push a button all the time to get 20 seconds of lukewarm water), sauna. Only problem: small dressing rooms, I expect they will try to solve this.
